The main areas of analysis were: transport accessibility, accessibility of accommodation facilities, catering establishments, tourist sites, excursion routes and museums of the Belomorsky District. Based on the analysis, a number of recommendations were proposed for the development of inclusive tourism in the Belomorsky District, including such aspects as the formation of various programs and routes, increasing the accessibility of accommodation facilities, catering establishments, development of transport infrastructure, training of qualified personnel.</p> V.S. Based on official statistical data and an extensive review of domestic scientific literature, the study examines the main challenges related to the degradation of natural landscapes, soil erosion, water resource pollution, and the loss of biodiversity. Special emphasis is placed on the deficiencies in the regulatory framework and monitoring methodologies, as well as on the prospects for integrating modern monitoring technologies and developing agro-ecotourism. The article proposes recommendations for enhancing the management of the tourism sector to ensure sustainable development while preserving the natural and cultural heritage for future generations.</p> N.C. The purpose of the study is to analyze the existing innovative approaches and technologies used in the development of agroecotourism in the country, as well as to determine their impact on the economy, sustainable development and attractiveness of this sector. The work uses statistical data and analytical methods. As a result of the analysis of the identification of trends in the dynamics of key indicators in agroecotourism in the Republic of Belarus for 2020-2023, the number of subjects of agroecotourism by region in 2024 is given, a SWOT analysis of the development of agroecotourism in the Republic of Belarus is carried out, the main aspects of innovations in the field of agroecotourism in the Republic of Belarus are proposed, the analysis of foreign experience in agroecotourism is carried out. The purpose of this work is to analyze the main problems of the tourism industry development and develop practical recommendations for ensuring sustainable growth of the tourism and hospitality industry in order to increase competitiveness at the national and international levels. The results of this analysis can be useful both for government agencies responsible for tourism development and for representatives of the private sector seeking to improve the quality of services and increase competitiveness.
