Individualization of judokas' fighting style based on genetic markers of training ability

Abstract

The article presents the results of testing an individual-group training program aimed at developing three important physical qualities of judokas: special strength endurance, speed (tempo) qualities, and coordination abilities. The program is based on the specific energy requirements of athletes representing different fighting styles. The proposed approach allows for improved physical fitness and competitive performance. The obtained data allowed us to study and compare the frequency of occurrence of genetic variants of the genes 5HTT, 5HT2A, COMT, DAT1, ACE, PPARA, PPARGC1A, TFAM, ACTN3, HIF1A in judokas.
