Роль мембранного потенциала митохондрий и активных форм кислорода в агрегации тромбоцитов

В статье представлены данные о роли электрон-транспортной цепи митохондрий тромбоцитов в процессах агрегации. Было выяснено, что блокирование элементов дыхательной цепи приводит к уменьшению мембранного потенциала митохондрий, что свидетельствует о том, что митохондрии играют важнейшую роль в агрегации тромбоцитов. Было показано возрастание концентраций активных форм кислорода при активации тромбоцитов, что может иметь регуляторное значение.
