Innovative approach in physical education of students

Abstract

The article reveals an innovative approach to the organization of physical education of students, based on the creation of an integrated physical culture and sports environment of a higher education institution (hereinafter – HEI). The concept of an integrated physical culture and sports environment is disclosed, which reflects the main approaches and ways to increase the effectiveness of physical education of students. The model of the integrated physical culture and sports environment of the HEI is presented, which creates a holistic view of the integrated physical culture and sports environment, allows you to explore its functioning, reflects the spatial, subject, pedagogical and social aspects in a single educational process. The results of a study on the development and testing of the concept of an integrated physical culture and sports environment in the educational process of HEI, which consists in creating conditions for the formation of a person's physical culture, mastering the values of physical culture based on the construction of individual trajectories of a student's physical development, are presented.
