Abstract

The modern level of sports achievements requires a purposeful approach in the training of athletes specializing in ice hockey, which ensures the organization and conduct of the training process, analysis of its results, the dynamics of the growth of individual indicators of the development of physical qualities, the level of mastering the technique and tactics of the game. The article discusses the possibilities of using gymnastics in the educational and training process of hockey players.
