Increasing the efficiency of swimming in 10-11 year old swimmers in the sports method of breaststroke

The article presents work on testing a complex of complex coordination exercises for practicing front crawl swimming techniques. The effectiveness of using the complex was determined, expressed in a significant improvement in indicators of pedagogical testing of technical readiness and sports results in the sports method of front crawl for swimmers 10-11 years old.
