Integration of the potential of technical and tactical actions of the yakut national wrestling "Khapsagai" and freestyle wrestling as a factor of increasing the efficiency of the competitive activities of athletes

The purpose of the study - to substantiate the integration of the potential of technical and tactical actions of the Yakut national wrestling "hapsagai" and freestyle wrestling as a factor in increasing the effectiveness of competitive activities of athletes and to determine its effectiveness.
Research method – the paper analyzes the competitive activities of Yakut wrestlers and their use of technical actions from the Yakut wrestling "hapsagai" in freestyle wrestling. As an example, we took four highly qualified Yakut wrestlers and their performance at international tournaments.
The results of the study – an analysis of technical actions at competitions revealed that Yakut wrestlers effectively use the potential of technical actions from the Yakut national wrestling "hapsagai", which ultimately contributes to the advantage of these wrestlers in fights.
