This article examines the problems of effective use of tourist resources and infrastructure of the Brest region in the context of modern processes of international tourism development. The article also analyzes the negative factors hindering the development of the tourist potential of the Brest region and suggests ways to reduce the negative impact of the problems of tourism and infrastructure development in the region.
