Modern requirements to personnel in designing management system of a hotel enterprise

Abstract

The article is devoted to issues related to employee behavior and the requirements that he must meet. As a rule, each job has its own behavioral regulations, which may differ not only in different industries, but also within enterprises and firms of the same industry. But despite this, there are basic requirements in the labor market today that are presented to each employee without exception. This paper examines the features of the requirements for the personnel of a hotel enterprise. The main idea of the article is to establish the relationship between the quality of the hotel product and the quality of the personnel. Based on the conducted research, the main personnel problems for hotels are formulated and their solutions are proposed.
