The role of event tourism in promoting the Republic of Belarus in the international tourism market

Event tourism is one of the key areas for increasing the country's tourist attractiveness in the international arena. The main areas and prospects for the development of event tourism, as well as its impact on the formation of a positive image of the country and the attraction of international tourists, are studied. Particular emphasis is placed on the analysis of cultural, sports and entertainment events as effective tools for increasing tourist flow and strengthening the national brand. Based on the data obtained, recommendations were developed aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the Republic of Belarus in the field of international tourism through the active development of event tourism.
