New prospects for the development of Russian outbound tourism on the Dalian peninsula

The article analyzes the prospects for tourism development in Dalian. The study identifies key challenges for the resort, such as low visibility, underdeveloped infrastructure, and staff turnover, and proposes specific solutions, including active promotion through short videos, infrastructure modernization, and creating attractive working conditions. The author concludes that Dalian has significant potential to become a leading tourist destination in the region.
