Pedagogical design of the development of the educational segment of a single information and educational environment in the Republic of Belarus

Objektive – identification of practice-oriented theoretical and methodological grounds for improving the pedagogical potential and functionality of a high-tech platform system-environment organization used in the field of education in the Republic of Belarus at the stage of development of digitalization processes.
Materials and methods. When writing the article, a source base was used, on the basis of which, within the framework of scientific research, scientific publications on research issues were studied, as well as the provisions of the Concept of Digital Transformation of Processes in the Education System of the Republic of Belarus for 2019-2025, and the Development Strategy of the Education System of the Republic of Belarus until 2035. The study uses methods: content analysis of sources, a comparative-comparative method.
Results. In the course of solving the tasks of the study, the conceptual and terminological apparatus used was specified. Differentiating features of an important structural component of the Republican information and educational environment - its educational segment were identified, which made it possible to highlight the ontological aspect in understanding the studied phenomenon. The results obtained are important for the implementation of a strategic analysis of the prospects for improving the educational segment in the study of a structurally and meaningfully developing high-tech system-environment organization. As part of the implementation of the research methodology, this allows us to consider the improvement of the structure and resource content of the educational segment in conjunction with its functionality as one of the important grounds for the effective organization of pedagogical interaction of subjects.
Conclusion. The goal of the study has been achieved. The grounds for the procedural improvement of the pedagogical potential and functionality of the educational segment of the Republican information and educational environment as a high-tech platform system and environment organization are considered. A clear understanding of the identified system-forming qualities allows us to solve the problem of determining a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effective use of the possibilities of high-tech technical solutions in the development of models for organizing and carrying out educational activities, taking into account the principle of continuity.
