Abstract

In recent years, the hotel business (both Belarusian and foreign) has faced the impact of new factors that significantly change the existing sales structure. In particular, the deep penetration of information technology into the life of modern society, which contributes to the emergence of various technological tourism solutions. As a result, the purchase of most tourist products (tourist products, air and railway tickets, insurance, hotel rooms) is gradually moving online. Since social networks are a popular communication channel with an interested audience, they have become an Internet marketing tool. The social network is a comfortable platform where the public opinion about the brand and the company is formed, using specific responses to the proposed content in real time.

The relevance of the work is due to the fact that enterprises in the field of tourism and hotel business using Internet marketing are definitely more competitive. Currently, the number of businesses promoting themselves on the Internet is growing rapidly. It can be said that Internet marketing is one of the main tools of non-price competition, which is increasingly replacing price competition based on the price reduction method. The introduction of Internet marketing at the enterprise will increase sales, strengthen market positions, create the image of the company and increase its recognition.
