Approaches to promoting online services in the service sphere

This article examines modern approaches to promoting online services in the service industry, particularly in the hospitality and tourism sectors. Special attention is given to analyzing effective marketing strategies, the use of digital platforms, social media, and content marketing for attracting and retaining customers. The problems and prospects for the development of online services are also discussed, including the role of personalization and digital reputation.
