Social responsibility of the organization as a factor of increasing the increasing labor stimulation of employees

Abstract

The aim of research. Development of methods for assessing the social responsibility of an organization as a factor in motivating workers' labor, intended for making decisions on improving the incentives for workers in the livestock industry.

Materials and methods: The theoretical basis for the research was the work of domestic and foreign authors in the field of motivation, incentives for workers. The information base for the research was the normative and legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, the data of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus, a systematic approach, abstract-logical, comparative analysis, monographic and computational-constructive methods were applied.

Results. The studies are designed to assess the social responsibility of an organization in order to develop proposals for its improvement and use as a tool for increasing motivation and incentives for employees.

Conclusions. Based on the analysis of the number of workers employed in agriculture, the level of their wages, and individual indicators of the activities of agricultural organizations, it was found that in the Republic of Belarus the remuneration of workers in the agricultural sector is variable and directly depends on the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the products produced. In addition, the level of education of workers in this sector of the economy is low. The above facts indicate that this category of workers is socially vulnerable.
