Abstract

In stabilometry, the basic stance involves the action of many body systems. Physical exercises with an emphasis on diaphragmatic breathing help to improve respiratory function. In the course of physical exercises, the thigh muscles are trained, the trunk muscles are strengthened, and the results obtained indicate the stabilization of the body balance due to the proprioceptive control of the receptors of these zones. A complex for stabilizing the neck and back muscles with an emphasis on diaphragmatic breathing can be recommended for the rehabilitation of patients after pneumonia.
