Abstract

Elderly people have a high risk of falling, and at the same time, associated damage. In order to minimize the risk of injury, we have developed a set of physical exercises as a means to prevent injury in the elderly. Research goal: to develop a set of exercises "Prevention of fractures (falls)" for the elderly. The study was organized in two stages, the scientific and methodological literature was analyzed, the parameters were studied according to the methods: coordination abilities (Romberg Test), adaptive circulatory potential (APC) (according to R.M. Baevsky, 2006). In the prevention of fall warnings, the competent implementation of a complex of therapeutic and preventive measures aimed at reducing the risk of falls is of great importance.
