Abstract

Significant differences in the occurrence of allelic variants of key genes of the dopaminergic system (DAT1, DBH, COMT) in the group of people with drug dependence and the comparison group were determined. The panel of genetic predictor markers was tested in a group of adolescents registered with the Inspectorate for Juvenile Affairs.
