Features of application of virtual reality technology in sports

This article reflects the possibilities of using a virtual environment to solve various problems in the field of communicative psychology when monitoring the functional state of the autonomic nervous system of athletes. Based on the results of the study, the influence of trainings in virtual reality on the coordination abilities of young athletes was determined.
